Giving Back

One of the many great things about being a chef is giving back. Food is truly magical. It is the only thing that can transcend you back in time in an instant.  It brings people to the table to talk. It can bring people together to raise money. Last night, with a fellow chef (Chef Alon of Addison James Food)rocked out small bites to over 100 people. This was the kick off party of CHS (Children Home Society).
